Since his casting was announced, Scream fans have been debating how Lillard will come back. Will he reprise the role of Stu Macher, one-half of Scream's original killer duo, opposite Billy Loomis (Skeet Ulrich)? Will he be a ghost or delusion — like how Ulrich returned in Scream V & VI?
