我们不妨用“预制菜”来做一下类比。预制菜凭借成本控制和效率等优势被引入到餐饮行业后，给餐饮品牌线下门店带来的直接“价值”就是运营效率的提升。但“预制菜”在广大消费者的认知里，仍然无法摆脱“低端餐饮”的刻板印象。所以人们可能会为了填饱肚子，或者是为了节省时间而选择预制菜，但不会因为“想要品尝美食”而接受预制菜，并为此支付现制餐食的账单。
